These terms cover your use of this website, our services, and our text messaging program. By using this site or agreeing to receive texts from us, you accept these terms.

1. Using this site

This website is operated by Hero Lead Gen Optimization ("Hero," "we," "us," or "our"). You may use it for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access to it, scrape it at a scale that burdens our systems, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

You must be at least 18 years old to contact us, book a call, or consent to receive messages from us.

2. Our services

Hero builds and manages lead follow-up and customer communication systems for exterior cleaning companies — window cleaning, pressure washing, soft wash, gutter cleaning, and roof cleaning — including instant replies to new leads, appointment reminders, quote and invoice follow-up, review requests and reputation management, and a shared CRM for leads and conversations. The specific scope, pricing, and term of any engagement are set out in the written agreement or order form between you and Hero. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls.

Where we offer a guarantee, its exact terms, including what it covers and how it is claimed, are set out in the written agreement between you and Hero, and that document governs it. Apart from any guarantee stated there, descriptions of results on this website are illustrative, because outcomes depend on your market, pricing, response times, and how you use the system.

You are responsible for how you use the systems we build, including obtaining valid consent before messaging your own contacts and complying with the laws and carrier rules that apply to your business.

3. SMS messaging terms

These terms apply to text messages sent from Hero's own phone numbers to people who contact us or request information about our services.

Program description

Hero sends text messages relating to your inquiry, appointment, or account: replies to questions, booking links, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups about a request you made, and, if you opted into them, occasional service updates and offers.

Consent

We send messages only to people who have given express written consent, for example by checking an unchecked consent box on one of our forms, replying to one of our messages, or texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. We do not buy, rent, or import purchased phone number lists.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and the conversation you are having with us. Most people receive fewer than 10 messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Hero does not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply based on your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. We will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending messages to that number. You can rejoin at any time by replying START.

Carriers and delivery

Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all mobile devices or carriers support every message type.

Your phone number

You confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up that number, you agree to notify us promptly so we do not message someone who has not consented.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. Phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are used only to deliver the messages you asked for, and are disclosed only to the messaging providers that transmit those messages on our behalf. 4. Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, diagrams, logos, and the Hero name, belongs to Hero or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission.

5. Disclaimers and limits

This website and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hero is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website or our text messaging program, including lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or our messaging program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
